Summary
On the 30th of September 5 workers were killed and 1 was severely injured. It happened at 1:30 PM at a nursery school called Flora in Zemun. Tens of cubic meters collapsed on them. The eyewitnesses said that tones of earth collapsed and buried 3 of the workers then 2 more came to help them but the second way fell on them. The teachers took all the kids out of the school and into the park so the school building won’t collapse on them. The kids didn’t even know what was happening meters away from them. All the kids were safely evacuated from the building. The workers were digging for 14 hours to find that all the workers were dead. They were using shovels so that the dirt doesn’t fall again. One 18 year old died in it while he was replacing his dad for lunch. His dad said that he wishes he stayed ten minuets longer he wish he died instead of his son.
My Thoughts
I wish this never happened it was a devastating effect on 6 workers and their parents and familys. I wish I knew what caused it.
Nemke, this is a horrible occurrence. I notice again that this is not about science. If it is you should explain that in your second paragraph. If an article is obviously about science you would not have to explain. Please improve this for next week.
